Meet Brandon "Speedy" Anthony

Brandon “Speedy” Anthony brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to fitness and athletic development. With a Bachelor of Science in Health Science and certifications from NCSF and ACTION, Brandon is not just a trainer but a mentor who understands the science behind physical fitness. He is also on track to earn his CSCS certification, further solidifying his expertise in strength and conditioning.

Brandon’s extensive background includes serving as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at El Camino and Fallbrook High Schools, where he has honed his ability to train athletes at the highest level. His roles as a Track & Field Coach (long jump) and Assistant Football Coach (running backs) at El Camino High School allow him to combine his love for sports with his coaching acumen.

As a former Division 1 Football Player at Northern Arizona University, Brandon understands the demands of competitive sports and uses this experience to guide his clients toward peak performance.
